What does a day look like for you in the business? A typical Wednesday would be the best to note down. Our day starts with a team meeting at 7am. We buy the whole team McDonalds breakfast and coffee and discuss certain topics, wins for the week, follow ups and even a zinger of the week so we are accountable with our mistakes. Our team then all drives out to site to start our day. Each tradesman could be on one site for the day or eleven different sites – all depends on what work is scheduled.
What services do you specialise in? All aspects of maintenance plumbing as well as pipe relining.
What regions/ areas do you service? NSW Central Coast
