Tamika owned her own construction business from 2007 to 2015. Prior to this she had 10 years as an insurance broker including managing a brokerage and creating another insurance arm for a Company from scratch at the age of 19.

Tamika managed all business operations in a construction business including quality control, sub-contractor scheduling, financial control before moving into an office manager role for a building surveyor. After seeing the holes, filling them and creating much better systems Tamika has, for the last 6 years been working directly as a strategic business coach in the trades sector for a high-level management coaching locally, nationally and internationally.
